FAQ

How much money do we make off of each sale?

That all depends on you. Gear4Us will give you a price for the item; you decide how much to mark it up. We will certainly help you as to what is a normal and expected price per each item.

What if we don't want to markup the items?

No problem. Moreover, any item that your group is not marking up will have its price reduced by an additional 10%.

How much does it cost to setup a Gear4Us store?

Would you believe nothing? Nada? Not a dime? It's true.

How quickly can I have our store open?

Once you send us your logo, approve of the designs, and pick out the items you want in your store (12-18 is typical), it takes us about 72 hours to get your store up and running. We usually need 10-20 minutes of your time to make that happen.

We do not have a website, can we still do a store?

Absoutely! We would send you a link that you can share via email or text, and it would take people directly to your store - like this - http://www.gear4us.com/sample-store/.

We already have our own website - can we integrate or embed your store on our site?

Yes - and there are several ways you can do it - just let us know.

How do make money on this? And how do we collect?

When we setup your store, you decide the markup so you decide how much profit you make. Orders will come into our secure ecommerce platform - we collect the money and process the orders. Once we have shipped, we send you the total of all items in that order and then mail your group a check for whatever amount you earned.

Can we add or remove products?

Yes. We want your store to be successful!

We don't want the Directors to have to pay for their items. Do you have a solution?

Sure. We can supply you with discount codes that you can share with the Directors (or anyone else for that matter). The discount can be 5%-100% off of any item - or you can designate only certain items. Please note that Gear4Us will bill your group for the cost of the items or take the cost out of the refund check we send to you group. Also, the ore discounts you setup may delay your store opening by a day or so.
